When you use Design My Wall or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, project preferences and any photos you upload.
How we use it
We use your information to review your project, prepare a design concept and estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS terms
If you opt in, Media Wall Works will send you text messages about your design consultation, appointment reminders and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages isn't a condition of purchase. We don't share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent won't be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We may share information with providers that help us operate our business — for example hosting, scheduling or design visualization — only as needed to provide our services.
